For Kathryn and Phil’s Twin Lakes engagement session it was a beautiful summer day. It stormed all day until 15 minutes before our session started the rain stopped and we even got a little sunshine. Thanks Colorado. We drank beers, laughed, and dreamed about what pup Kathryn and Phil would get as soon as they were married. (They just rescued a little pup named Maddie!)
It was important to Kathryn and Phil to have the mountains as the back drop to their photos. Therefore, a Twin Lakes engagement was a perfect for them! They both moved from California out to Colorado together. They road tripped around the country to camp and mark National Parks off their bucket lists. I was instantly drawn to their adventurous spirits! Kathryn and Phil love Colorado for all of the things I love it for and their Twin Lakes engagement session and Grand Lake wedding captured this perfectly.
Lastly, peep Finn getting loved on and photo bombing a few of their photos. Guys, I seriously can’t handle photographing you beautiful humans, in the mountains I love, with my fur babe.
